PERINATAL PSYCHOLOGY

Michelle is passionate about supporting women and parents through the many complex challenges associated with the perinatal period.

There are many definitions of ‘perinatal’ but we include all stages from preconception planning to conception, pregnancy, postpartum and beyond for both the mother and family unit as a whole.

Getting started

If you decide to schedule an initial consultation with Michelle, you can either book online or call for a brief confidential chat to ensure that this is the right fit for you.
Step 1:

Book online here or call us on 0493 212 816 for brief chat.

Step 2:

If you wish to claim Medicare rebates, book in to see your GP to obtain a Mental Health Care Plan, or ensure your previous plan is still valid, and that you have enough sessions remaining for the calendar year. Clients are able to attend privately also.

Step 3:

Reflect on your aims, goals and issues that you wish to explore prior to your session.

A first session with us is a get-to-know-you session where we can explore what has been going on in your life and identify some ways to help promote positive change.

We aim to create a plan together of how you wish to move forward with therapy.
