PERINATAL PSYCHOLOGY
Providing support to women and parents with pregnancy, postnatal and beyond
Michelle is passionate about supporting women and parents through the many complex challenges associated with the perinatal period.

There are many definitions of ‘perinatal’ but we include all stages from preconception planning to conception, pregnancy, postpartum and beyond for both the mother and family unit as a whole.
Becoming a parent is huge time of transition and change with many complexities and difficulties, and it can feel overwhelming and at times isolating.
We aim to create a space for mothers to feel held, seen and heard, and to navigate the array of issues they may be experiencing associated with pregnancy and postpartum.
