Michelle is a registered and experienced psychologist. She is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgemental and empowering environment and relationship, to allow clients to explore the difficulties that are arising in their lives. She is dedicated to working with individuals to develop self-awareness and deep understanding of the complexities of their issues. She aims to promote self-acceptance and positive change by drawing on their strengths, and helping them to move towards living a rich, full and meaningful life.

Values & Approach

Michelle values the importance of the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for connection and reflection, and believes that therapy is most effective when the client and psychologist are able to work collaboratively towards a common goal.

Michelle works with adults across the lifespan on a wide variety of issues and challenges. She has a particular experience in women’s mental health issues and is passionate about supporting individuals of all gender expressions experiencing depression, anxiety, high stress, life transitions and relationship difficulties.
